Hourly Wage
$19 - $32 per hour (or higher when the required minimum wage in the job location exceeds this range).
Additional CompensationAnnual or quarterly performance incentives are included. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job OverviewApparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they maintain clothing racks, tables, and displays, ensuring everything stays organized and presentable throughout the day.
