Domino’s Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers to lead store operations and provide excellent customer service. Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. They set the tone for the store and must be on the job 100% of the time.

• Perform all the duties of the Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Be responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

What are we looking for? We can teach you how to answer the phone and make a perfect pizza, but we need a few key skills to be a successful Assistant Manager:

• Experience leading a team; manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check, with access to a reliable insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• A great role model who is on time, has a positive attitude toward customers and co‑workers, and maintains high personal standards.
• At least 18 years old.
