Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work. Multiple premiums may apply.

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs. They ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and properly ordered throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
