O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs;
Assist the store manager in scheduling staff to cover peak hours including lunch, late afternoon, evenings, and weekends;
Assist in hiring processes by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members;
Ensure all store transactions (returns, exchanges, invoicing, transfers) are processed accurately and efficiently and that communications (Zipline messages) are delegated and completed
