Role summary
Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary. What you’ll doStocking, backroom, and receiving associates work to ensure customers can find all the items they have on their shopping list. Depending on the shift you work, your job may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, or helping customers while stocking shelves. The work is fast‑paced and physically demanding. Competitive pay is offered with performance‑based incentive awards, a comprehensive benefits package, and paid time off.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

- Ensure aisles are neat and the area is clean
- Engage vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
- Greet customers and answer their questions
