Retail Sales Associate

At Movado Group, we are seeking a Part‑time Sales Associate to join our Potomac Mills Outlet Center store.

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals set by the Store Manager.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of merchandise.
• Merchandise products following company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment.
• Monitor merchandise to ensure accurate ticketing and proper display.
• Follow all security and loss prevention procedures.
• Perform watch service activities, including sizing and battery changes.
• Support the store with additional tasks as needed.

• Strong selling skills and experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories or luxury retail.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Competitive hourly rate starting at $15.00 plus commission on all sales.
