Sheetz - - Responsibilities:
Back-up the Store Manager by providing support on recruitment, selection, training, and performance management of your store work family;
Handle customer questions, complaints and concerns;
Keep an eye on work family compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures and programs;
Keep our customers smiling by overseeing timely customer transactions, cleanliness standards of our facilities and stores, and ensuring hospitality standards are always met;
Lead the charge on profit management by overseeing processes such as shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste
