Purpose of the Job
- Develop the team through classroom training and field coaching; partner with the retail team to drive sales growth.
- Lead the implementation and field follow‑up of Retail Development projects.
- Partner with regional retail teams to plan training programs covering new launches, onboarding, and professional development.
- Co‑build BC development programs with Retail, with a focus on specialization.
- Develop the BC annual training plan and ensure effective implementation and training results.
- Establish a strong coaching and feedback system to strengthen product knowledge, brand heritage, storytelling, and service standards.
- Coach BCs on‑counter to elevate service skills (approx. 30% of working time).
- Follow up G.R.O.W training application in the field and review retail team performance.
- Support the ATR (Addict to Retail) project and ensure standard on‑counter execution during field visits.
- Counter management: daily brief, merchandising check, D.I.O.R process, business priority monitoring and tracking.
- Shift management aligned with traffic and floor management.
- IPOS project execution follow‑up.
- Partner with retail managers on business format, training, and follow‑up.
- Monitor cabin execution and performance; provide feedback to the skincare team.
- Work closely with the retail team to continuously improve and execute D.I.O.R and other service standards.
- Manage the Mystery Shopper project—analysis, coaching, and action plans with the retail team to improve on‑counter service.
- Deliver systematic training programs and field coaching, including Retail Management training, Retail Excellence training, and follow‑up (Ambassa Dior).
- Partner with HR to define clear career paths and development plans for BC, Specialist, Expert, and Retail Management roles; track progress and evaluation (e.g., BC grading & specialization annual review).
- Support the line manager on all projects, including information collection and consolidation.
- Cabin projects: collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure cabin openings and smooth daily operations.
- Open Doors: partner with cross‑functions on interviews and daily follow‑up (BSS, Boutique).
- Project follow‑up: track 3‑axis key projects and collect success cases with the sales team.
- Serve as lecturer and provide on‑site support for beauty classes and related activities.

University graduate or above.
