Lids - 11500 Midlothian Turnpike - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates and follow up using LIDS Training Programs;
Recruit and train store personnel on store operations and procedures;
Resolve customer feedback and escalations to “make it right”;
Execute selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service
