Overview

Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. They promptly resolve customer concerns, aim to ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. They are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

• Work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions.
• Promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction; stay up-to-date with product features and maintain high quality and visual standards of products and store.
• Aim to achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
• The role involves contact with customers (including minors) and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value; such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
• Criminal history review is conducted to protect the business, customers, staff, and the public.
