Provide guidance and direction for the successful operation of a zone of the store sales floor;
Oversee merchandising including power aisle compliance, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery;
Ensure store standards, Ops Center compliance, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes meet operational expectations;
Oversee the Door to Floor process to ensure merchandise is planned for and received properly and stocked timely;
Supervisory responsibility for associates operating within the assigned zone
