Our merchandisers are the heart and soul of Jacent. They are on the front lines in more than 17,000 stores, placing the right products, building displays, and working with store personnel in their own communities. Jacent is the leading cross‑merchandising impulse product company in North America, providing strategic merchandising solutions that help retailers create inspired shopping experiences and increase sales. With over 2,500 employees globally, we manage merchandising for more than 17,000 stores to maximize retail performance.

• Pay: $15‑17 per hour
• Daytime hours and a predictable schedule
• 21‑24 hours per week
• Paid training
• Mileage and travel time paid between stores
• Cell phone reimbursement

• A self‑starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
• Someone comfortable in changing environments
• Physical fitness to meet role requirements
  • Standing and walking 3‑8 hours
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communicator who can build relationships with business partners
  • Must reside within 20 miles of Christiansburg, Dublin, or Fairlawn, VA

• Cultivate relationships with in‑store management
• Execute merchandising resets
• Build retail displays
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J‑hooks
• Implement plan‑ograms
