Merchandiser, Retail

SAS Retail Services is seeking a Merchandiser to execute in-store merchandising for major retailers and CPG brands. In this field-based role, you'll implement planograms, complete resets, new store sets, audits, and continuity coverage to drive on-shelf availability and sales. Responsibilities include building and stocking displays, rotating product, placing signage, and reporting work via mobile tools. You'll work on a team in a fast-paced, people-first culture that emphasizes training, safety, reliability, and growth into lead and supervisory roles with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Implement planograms and modulars to retailer and client standards
• Complete resets, new store sets, and continuity merchandising visits
• Stock, rotate, and front-face products to ensure on-shelf availability
• Build and maintain in-aisle and off-shelf displays and signage
• Conduct basic audits, take photos, and submit accurate reports via mobile apps
• Follow all safety, store, and company policies and procedures
• Communicate with store staff, supervisors, and clients as needed
• Meet assigned project deadlines, quality, and execution standards
• Travel between assigned retail locations as scheduled
• Support special projects, promotional sets, and seasonal transitions
