Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners will drive a truck along an established route, service, and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced role that includes both indoor and outdoor tasks, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items.

• Act as the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers.
• Maintain quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining safe and professional conduct.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• 10‑week training program.
• Base salary and commission potential after route assignment.
• Work majority on a 4‑day schedule, with few nights or weekends.
• Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses and incentives.

Required

• Active driver’s license.
• 21 years of age or older.
• DOT medical certification.
• Documentation of prior employment.
• Eligibility to drive a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. (DOT compliance).
