Join 2020 Companies as a Field Sales Brand Ambassador and play a key role in building retail partner relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting business growth across your territory.
Schedule:
Monday
- Friday. Pay: $21 per hour plus 10% Monthly Bonus Opportunity.
- Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
- Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants.
- Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
- Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in store.
- Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
- Field‑based position with daily travel within your assigned territory.
- Approximately 22‑35 retail visits per day depending on geography and scheduling.
- Mix of in‑store engagement, driving, and administrative follow‑up.
- Independent work style with strong support from leadership and training teams.
- No weekends.
- Weekly Pay (Daily Pay options available).
- Paid training and onboarding support.
- Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time.
- Next‑day pay options available.

- Company‑provided mobile device and materials.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
- Reliable transportation within assigned territory.
- Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals.
- Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
- Visit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis.
- Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance.
- Effectively execute assigned activities inside each location during all visits.
- Effectively demonstrate an ability to establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement and consistent productivity.
- Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit.
