We seek a dynamic Associate Sales Consultant for a new luxury home community in Aldie, Virginia.
What is the opportunity?The Associate Sales Consultant is working in a training capacity to become a Sales Consultant. The role focuses on helping achieve community sales goals, including traffic generation, sales, customer satisfaction and delivering a luxury customer experience from first visit through move‑in.
This position is on‑site 5 days per week.
Primary Responsibilities- Generate Traffic
- Assist in maintaining an online presence for the assigned community, updating , MLS, etc.
- Support the online and onsite sales teams to help drive internet lead conversion.
- Build and leverage relationships with real estate agents.
- Conduct prospecting and appointment‑setting activities.
- Coordinate with marketing to plan traffic‑generating activities.
- Drive Results
- Learn how to manage the supply of quick‑delivery homes in the community.
- Complete competitive analysis on products, features, neighborhoods, and amenities.
- Monitor community and model homes to achieve White Glove Checklist standards.
- Demonstrate model homes, community/floorplan features and homesites to customers.
Utilize core applications (Salesforce, Pivotal, Microsoft Office, E1, etc.) to complete business needs and update customer information. - Assist in preparing and presenting real‑estate paperwork to new purchasers.
- Attend and participate in all sales meetings.
- Customer Service
- Provide an exceptional experience to customers visiting the sales center, building relationships and learning about their stories.
- Partner with the design studio team to meet business objectives and enhance the customer experience.
- Coordinate mortgage processes with TBI Mortgage, including front‑end application and back‑end loan tracking, documentation, and appraisal support.
- Facilitate weekly communication with post‑sale customers.
- Deliver the closing gift to homeowners.
- Experience in customer service with a focus on creating win‑win solutions.
- Interest in developing sales techniques to generate leads and secure customer commitment.
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners across departments.
- Negotiation skills to influence and persuade.
- Strong communication (oral and written) using proper grammar and clear organization.
- Coachable and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
- Real‑estate license required in some states.
- Weekend availability.
- Full‑time, 5‑day work week.
- Self‑starter motivated by mentorship.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ years sales and/or customer‑service experience.
