Business Development Manager – Water Treatment (North)
Due to continued growth and ambitious expansion plans, we are seeking driven and experienced Business Development Managers to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our business. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in traditional water treatment to take ownership of business development activities, build lasting client relationships, and directly contribute to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities:- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to customers
- Demonstrate clear return on investment (ROI) and system optimisation strategies
- Represent the company with professionalism and technical expertise
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the water treatment sector
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience within the water treatment industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong technical knowledge of steam boilers, cooling towers, and closed systems
- Strong technical knowledge of pre-treatment processes, including BX softeners and RO systems
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify value and optimisation opportunities for clients
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
