Verizon Wireless Small Business Account Manager

Your Wireless – Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer

Compensation: $100,000+ including base pay, sales bonuses, and incentives.

• Manage Salesforce, prospecting, and engage with Verizon campaigns daily.
• Lead weekly call blitzes, review performance with leadership, and track sales progress.
• Meet monthly sales targets and lead 1:1 meetings with District Managers to provide region-wide updates.
• Introduce small and medium business customers to 5G products and services, demonstrating value via end‑to‑end technology solutions.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and working leads and referrals.
• Partner with and mentor Consumer Retail Sales Representatives to drive business results through the retail channel.
• Acquire and retain accounts in the small business segment.
• Use solutions‑based selling techniques to solve customer business problems.
• Perform outbound sales prospecting and customer visits.
• Service the needs of the existing customer base.
• Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, and manage pipeline and book of business.

• 3+ years in a similar retail sales role, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless retailer.
• 1+ year of outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire employees and peers.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to understand, explain, and breakdown behaviors to drive key performance metrics.
• Highly proficient with technology: cellular devices, computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office suite.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and leadership roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service.
• Willingness to travel to various locations in assigned district as required.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the U.S.
