This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Account Executive located in Moon, PA. This role will be responsible for lead generation, outbound sales activities at high volume, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires daily interaction with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective transportation solutions. This is a cradle-to-grave position, meaning you will be the main contact from landing the account, to supporting the account on the operations side.

Responsibilities- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business - spiderwebbing off of existing clients and tap into new niche verticals
- Manage ongoing outbound sales effort while maintaining current book of business
- Develop and grow long term partnerships - each customer is important to our company
- Effectively demonstrate trucking solutions for all of your customers
- Meet established KPIs in terms of load volume, net revenue and gross revenue
- Entrepreneurial mindset - do what it takes to get the job done and WIN!
- Experience in lead generation / use of prospecting tools
- Experience with high volume outbound sales (cold calling, emailing, messaging etc),and use of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in account management
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred
- Base salary with generous commission structure
