Public Storage – Property Manager

We are hiring a Property Manager to work independently at multiple locations. Earn $15.00 per hour with a flexible full‑time schedule (9:30 am–6 pm weekdays, weekends to 5 pm).

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.

• Transport and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk and move around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.

• Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies).
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between work locations and other work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available).
