Position: Insurance Sales Agent- Accomack County

Accomack County office (with Travel to meet with existing and new clients)

REPORTS TO: Agency Manager

COMPENSATION RANGE:

Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 – $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary)

Base Salary: $37,000 – $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business)

Total compensation — which includes base salary, commissions, and performance-based earnings — is driven by your individual effort, hustle, and the relationships you build with members. The ceiling?
