Music & Arts seeks a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver outstanding service in our retail store. You'll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting instruments, accessories, and lessons, using your product knowledge to recommend solutions that support music education. Responsibilities include engaging customers, processing sales and rentals, maintaining merchandising standards, managing inventory, and supporting lesson and repair services.
You'll help train junior staff, meet sales goals, participate in community outreach, and uphold a friendly, inclusive, and performance-driven store culture.
