A well-established and growing company in Northern Virginia is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with customers, and contributing to a collaborative sales environment.

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and driven to meet goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers and identify their needs.
• Present products and services while answering customer questions.
• Schedule follow-up calls and maintain ongoing communication with prospects.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Manage leads throughout the sales pipeline.
• Meet daily and weekly activity goals.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve company objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, call center, or retail sales preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience using a CRM system is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
