Security Officer Part Time Center

Position: Security Officer Part Time Welcome Center
Location: Henrico

Allied Universal - Mc Lean Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor lobby and entrance activity, greet and direct guests, and help to verify visitor access, deliveries, and vendor arrivals in accordance with location policies.;
Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.;
Maintain detailed front desk records, visitor logs, and incident documentation, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy-related issues to the appropriate personnel.;
Support a professional lobby presence at a retail location by helping to manage access, observing customer and employee activity, and following post orders and client-specific expectations.
