Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with staff and first responders when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, support traffic and pedestrian flow, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or concerns according to site procedures.
