Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas, entry points, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and communicate with staff, visitors, and/or contractors regarding site rules and security-related concerns.;
Document observations, incidents, and/or unusual conditions and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
