Security Officer Unarmed

As a Security Officer Patrol in Ringgold, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. Mon 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Tue 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM, Sun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate site communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, loading and receiving zones, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify entry and exit activity, and observe for policy violations, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious behavior at the location.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including assisting with site notifications, directing foot traffic, and communicating with supervisors and/or local responders.

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
