Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related activity as required;
Communicate with residents, visitors, property staff, and/or emergency personnel regarding entry procedures, deliveries, and security-related issues;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and perimeter, observing for unusual activity and reporting maintenance and/or security-related concerns
