** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and/or vendor access, and report policy violations, hazards, or maintenance issues through established site procedures.

+ Support daily operations by completing assigned reports, maintaining awareness of site activity, and assisting with security-related requests in accordance with post orders and client guidelines.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ A guard card and/or license is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
