** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter zones, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas within a technology-focused location, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.

+ Support site operations by following post orders, maintaining awareness of changing conditions, and completing required reports related to incidents, patrol activity, and daily observations.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
