Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and designated access points, assisting with visitor screening, direction, and other security-related support functions as assigned;
Support a professional atmosphere by reporting hazards, policy concerns, and/or maintenance-related issues observed during patrols or while stationed at assigned posts
