Security Officer Entry Level Part Time

Location: Spotsylvania

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor entry and exit points at the residential location, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent security-related screening practices.;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations and reporting findings according to post procedures.;
Maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and/or delivery records, provide directions and post information, and support orderly traffic flow at access points throughout the location.
