Security And Safety Officer
We are looking for a Security And Safety Officer to help maintain a safe and secure work environment by conducting inspections, monitoring security systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting incident response and safety awareness activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and report hazards or unsafe conditions
- Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely closure
- Check readiness of safety and security equipment
- Monitor security guards' performance and compliance
- Monitor CCTV and report suspicious activities
- Support supervision of security personnel
- Prepare incident reports and escalate critical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist with audits, inspections, and closure of findings
- Support safety training, inductions, and awareness activities
- Monitor staff compliance and promote a safety culture
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting
