Security Officer Armed Part Time

Location: Crozier

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using appropriate judgment within the scope of an armed post;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, suspicious activity, and/or maintenance concerns through proper channels;
Prepare clear, timely reports and communicate with supervisors, site personnel, and/or public emergency responders regarding incidents, observations, and follow-up actions
