Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site requirements;
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and access-related activity accurately and promptly using required reporting tools
