Marksmen Security - - Responsibilities:
Assist Site Manager and support daily security operations to ensure compliance with site policies, procedures, and customer expectations;
Maintain and manage the site master training matrix to ensure all required certifications, onboarding, and recurring training requirements remain current;
Conduct coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training for security personnel;
Assist with scheduling, staffing coordination, and operational coverage;
Coordinate and compile monthly operational and training reports for leadership and customer presentation
