Security Supervisor

Andy Frain Services seeks a Security Supervisor to lead security operations in a busy airport environment. In this role, you will oversee daily security activities, ensuring the safety of passengers, staff, and facilities while maintaining strict compliance with TSA, FAA, and airport regulations. You will supervise and schedule security officers, monitor access control and CCTV systems, respond to incidents, and coordinate with airport, airline, and law enforcement partners.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily airport security operations and guard posts to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, schedule, and mentor security officers, providing ongoing training and performance feedback.
• Oversee access control, badge checks, and screening procedures in restricted and secure areas.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, responding promptly to suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Coordinate incident response, complete detailed reports, and communicate with airport and airline partners.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and drills to maintain high security standards and readiness.
• Ensure compliance with TSA, FAA, and airport policies, updating procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during investigations or critical events.
