Cluster Account Manager

Securitas is seeking a Cluster Account Manager to oversee multiple client sites, ensuring consistent, high-quality security services. In this role, you will manage client relationships, supervise security operations, and coordinate staffing and scheduling across locations. You will monitor performance, analyze risk, and implement service improvements while aligning operations with Securitas standards. The ideal candidate brings strong account management, leadership, and communication skills, with experience in security or facilities services and a commitment to safety and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary account manager for a cluster of client sites, ensuring delivery of contracted security services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, site visits, and performance reviews
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and deployment of security officers across assigned locations
• Monitor service quality, incident reports, and compliance with Securitas and client policies
• Analyze site risks and recommend improvements in procedures, technology, and staffing
• Collaborate with operations, HR, and training teams to support officer performance and development
• Prepare reports, KPIs, and presentations on account performance and service outcomes
• Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and identification of service expansion opportunities
• Respond to urgent client issues and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication
• Promote Securitas' safety, integrity, and customer-service culture across all assigned accounts
