Work Hours:

6:30am to 3:30pm (Average 40+ hours per week)

• Assist the company mechanics in performing general & ongoing maintenance and repair on all Inter Change trailers, and other equipment when capable and needed.
• Work independently while assessing the general condition of equipment between scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Perform simple repairs without direct supervision
• Complete and submit required paperwork
• Position will be open for additional formal and informal training both mechanical and potentially in the pursuit of a Class A CDL if qualified.
• Perform all duties professionally and in a manner which promotes the positive image, growth, profitability, and success of the company
• Perform all duties with a high degree of integrity and transparency
• Assist in other operational departments if/when the need arises
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum H.S. degree required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Mechanical experience and/or aptitude required
• Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with occasional weekend assignments
• Willingness to travel with mechanics to other company locations when the need arises. This may require very occasional overnight stays.
• Driver’s license with suitable Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to lift/carry minimum of 75 lbs., safely climb ladders/stairs, enter and exit trailers from ground level
• Ability to remain flexible in work assignments/scheduled hours
• Safety oriented and willing to take steps to perform all functions safely utilizing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and following proper procedures for the use of tools and other equipment.
