Smithfield Foods - - Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and maintenance work on company vehicles in a safe, productive manner;
Review shop orders and DVIR reports to identify problems;
Diagnose problems and test repairs; perform DOT inspections;
Assist/train other mechanics as required;
Maintain knowledge of mechanical systems in truck chassis and perform component removal/replacement
