We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our property operations team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in maintaining safe, functional, and welcoming communities for our residents while working alongside a team that values professionalism, accountability, and quality service.

Predictable schedule — primarily Monday–Friday, 8–5 with an on-call schedule (not constant nights/weekends)30 days off in your first year — real time to recharge
Competitive pay starting at $21 per hour + overtime + bonus potential

What You’ll Be Responsible For Maintenance & Repairs You’ll independently perform a wide range of maintenance tasks and repairs, including:
HVAC systems
Plumbing repairs
Electrical troubleshooting
Appliance repair
General building maintenance
You’ll diagnose issues, complete service requests efficiently, and ensure repairs are completed safely and correctly.
Property Upkeep You’ll help maintain the overall appearance and condition of the property by:
Inspecting buildings and common areas
Completing preventative maintenance
Maintaining exterior grounds and shared spaces
Supporting seasonal and property-wide maintenance needs
Apartment Turnovers You’ll prepare vacant units for new residents by completing repairs, inspections, and unit turns within established timelines.
Team & Vendor Collaboration You’ll work closely with team members, property staff, and outside vendors to ensure projects and repairs are completed efficiently. You may also assist in mentoring newer maintenance staff.
What You Bring Required Experience & Skills Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Professional communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications Trade certifications or technical training
High school diploma or equivalent
