Electrical Nominee / Electrician – Perth-Based role
We’re looking for a qualified Electrical Nominee to join our valued client in a permanent position – a powerhouse in manufacturing mechanical components, specialising in heavy engineering, precision engineering, defence, in‑service support, and the rail industries. Why You’ll Love It Here- Top hourly rates + overtime with award penalties
- Be part of cutting‑edge defence and commercial projects
- Enjoy early finishes – 6:30am to 3pm Monday–Thursday and 6:30am to 1pm Fridays
- A tight‑knit, supportive team who are masters of their craft
- WA Electrical Licence (or apply for one if coming from interstate)
- Electrical Nominee Certification
- A Grade Electrical licence (minimum)
- White Card
- Ability to interpret electrical plans and complete fault‑finding
- Full Australian driver’s licence – highly desirable
- Australian Citizen – Eligibility for Australian Defence Security Clearance
- National police clearance
- Working at heights
- Confined spaces
- Ensuring all work meets Australian Standards
- Follow all site rules and company procedures
- Electrical work on ships and vessels
- Installing wiring and cable trays
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings
- Testing, tagging, troubleshooting and fault‑finding
- Delivering quality workmanship across Defence and commercial projects
