Perdue Farms - - Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and rebuild production machinery and automated/electrical systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations;
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime;
Maintain logbooks and calibrate machinery to performance standards;
Provide hands-on training and direction to lower-level mechanics and techs;
Lead other mechanics and techs, monitor their work and setups
