Position Overview

This position is located in Stanley, North Dakota
, working in the Bakken Basin oil fields installing VFDs and other electrical equipment.

We are looking for self‑motivated, assertive, dependable individuals.

As a Journeyman Electrician with DSI you will configure and wire AC/DC controllers and VFDs, use electrical schematics to design, bend, and fill conduit to proper code specifications, and work outdoors in an oil‑field environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality and safety in all electrical installations.
  • Work outdoors in challenging oil‑field conditions.
Qualifications
  • North Dakota Journeyman Electrician License or a reciprocating state license (Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Team‑oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • EOE and drug‑free workplace.
Compensation & Benefits

Typical total compensation—including base, overtime, and per diem—is approximately $200,000.

Daily per diem of $115.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, paid time off, 401(k) match, and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Schedule

10 hours a day, 6 days a week; may shift to 12‑hour days, 7 days a week depending on workload.
