Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and perform chimney repair and installation projects on residential properties
  • Supervise and support field crew members to ensure project quality and timeliness
  • Safely operate ladders and tools at heights, often working on rooftops and in tight spaces
  • Lift and carry equipment or materials up to 80 pounds
  • Input job information, photos, and reports via company tablet and mobile apps
  • Read and follow technical manuals and building codes as part of ongoing training
  • Maintain a clean, safe worksite and comply with all safety regulations
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members to ensure great customer service
Qualifications
  • Comfortable with heights and physically able to lift 80+ pounds
  • Willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Experience with tools and hands‑on repair work required; chimney‑specific experience is a plus
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
  • Must own reliable transportation for transit to work
  • Strong character, work ethic, and team‑minded attitude
  • Experience leading a crew or taking responsibility on job sites is strongly preferred
  • Ability to use a tablet and smartphone for job documentation and communication
  • Must be able to study and apply technical content—ongoing education is a key part of this role
