We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our fast-growing team in Lebanon, VA. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, strong problem‑solving skills, and an active EPA Certification.

• Diagnose causes of problems and failures in heating/air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems, and food service equipment to identify repair or replacement needs with high accuracy.
• Perform maintenance and service repairs, install new units, or replace parts of existing units with specifications of 15 tons+.
• Maintain larger preventative maintenance contracts with more than 5 units.
• Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment and their controls.
• Service and troubleshoot mini‑splits and/or replace smaller RTUs and mini‑splits for up to 15 tons.
• Communicate with Dispatch to ensure completion of scheduled jobs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for customers.
• Provide elite customer service to every customer encountered.

• Continual learning and development through First Call Academy to set the bar for skill level in the industry.
• Offer elite-level customer service to ensure we become the first call for HVAC needs.

• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• Active EPA Certification.
• 5+ years’ experience in a commercial HVAC setting.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• Manufacturer Certification preferred.
• Available to work flexible hours and on‑call shifts as needed.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write correspondence; effective communication with customers, explaining problems and resolutions clearly; closely communicate issues/concerns/updates with account managers.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; compute rate, ratio, percent; draw and interpret graphs.

Apply common sense to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions; handle problems with several concrete variables in standardized situations; maintain mental stamina for problem‑solving and prioritizing multiple tasks; lead and teach helpers and technicians.

Regular use of hands, standing, walking, and sitting; frequent climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; lifting/moving up to 50 pounds; requires normal vision (close, distance, peripheral, depth, focus adjustment).
