Marquis Health - 7602 Meredith Drive - Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair work, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and other facility systems;
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building equipment and systems to ensure safe and efficient operation;
Support preventative maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and extend system longevity;
Maintain knowledge of building systems, equipment, and applicable building codes and regulations;
Utilize basic computer systems to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and communicate updates
