ELECTRICAL INSTALLER

Pay: $28–$35/hour + overtime + bonuses + tips
You’ll be the go-to expert for installing replacement electrical systems in residential homes across Rocky Mount, VA and surrounding areas (within a 60-mile radius). No two homes are the same, and no install is cookie‑cutter.
EXPERIENCEDFull Time, consistent, year‑round work (no seasonal layoffs here)

- Install electrical systems and fixtures with precision and professionalism
- Troubleshoot issues and make repair recommendations
- Replace and upgrade electrical components and systems
- Ensure every site is clean, safe, and compliant with local codes
- Use hand and power tools confidently and responsibly

- Journeyman electrical license preferred
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on electrical installation experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong customer service skills and pride in workmanship
- Willing to complete a Culture Index and in‑house technical assessment
