• Install, maintain, and repair bank equipment including ATMs, vaults, safes, safety deposit boxes, windows and under counter steel.
• Operate hoist, lifts, and forklifts to place equipment into position.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on‑site promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations during installations.
• Document installation processes and maintain accurate service records.
• Provide training to bank staff on the operation of installed equipment.
• Stay updated on the latest banking technology and installation techniques.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass a background check.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel as needed for installations.
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge is a plus.
