Location: Toano
Aerotek is seeking a Fine Grade Equipment Operator for contract-to-hire work in Toano, VA. You will operate Caterpillar dozers and excavators on civil and commercial sites, following grade stakes and GPS guidance to achieve precise grades and slopes.
Responsibilities include trenching, back filling, and supporting pipe crews, with safety as a priority on active jobs. Expect 40–60 hour weeks in a field-based, onsite role near Williamsburg area.
